Upon completion of reassembly, the now completely remanufactured circuit breaker is retested andĬertified by a quality control engineer. Electrical devices and wiring harness are re-installed on the breaker and checked per factory or customer's wiring specifications.
New retainer pins or clips are carefully installed and checked.Current-carrying parts are reassembled and torqued to the manufacturer's or NETA standards.Contact assemblies are adjusted to the manufacture's guidelines.Frame parts are reassembled and aligned.

Now that the circuit breaker has been torn down with all of its components cleaned, refurbished or Voltage and amperage ratings will always meet or exceed original specifications.
Toggle switches, motor cut-off switches and relays are cleaned or replaced with identical or equivalent devices. Control wiring is cleaned or replaced as necessary. All springs are either replated or replaced. (Nylon sleeve bearings do not require lubrication). Roller and needle bearings are lubricated. All standard hardware is replaced with new hardware. Frame parts and mechanism parts are aluminum oxide blasted and then repainted or replated. Insulated parts and pole pieces are solvent cleaned to be free of silicone, oil, paint and moisture. Plated parts showing signs of peeling are replated or replaced. Conductive parts are bead blasted as needed and cleaned using a vibratory cleaner.
